The 1st Floor Balcony Room

This luxury twin en-suite has French doors with luxury heavy gold curtains leading to it's own balcony overlooking the marshes towards the sea with truly fantastic sunsets. Thousands of geese can be seen in season flying just feet above your head. The barn owls can be seen swooping and catching their prey in the field close to the house. Marsh Harriers and an abundance of other birds have been captured with binoculars whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying an evening drink.

This room is decorated to a very high standard with sumptuous gold and claret bedding and rugs. It has a large settee, a flat screen television with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

The French doors and velux windows have colour co-ordinated blackout blinds (the stars and moon are very bright at night as there is no light pollution). The balcony has its own table and chairs to enjoy the evening.

The en-suite has a luxury shower with plenty of hot water. Soft fluffy towels and shampoo, conditioner and gel. Bath robes and slippers are supplied for guests staying for two or more nights.  Like the other rooms attention to detail with all the little extras are available to make you comfortable.
